I kind of feel bad about putting a t.v in Xander's room:We gave in and brought the small t.v into Xander's room. Weak, I know. We thought it would remedy the fact that Cars plays 24 hours a day in the living room, and he doesn't even watch it half the time! Unfortunately, now Cars plays in the living room and Bob The Builder takes turns with Thomas The Tank Engine playing in his room. Again, he doesn't even watch it! He just wants it on. This pic is from the first nite he had the t.v in his room. Believe me, the facination peetered out.
I don't feel bad at all that Tony's sister had her baby and I feel nothing. Could care less:
I might try to fake excitement for Tony's sake, but that's just not me. He can be excited all he wants. I seriously don't care. I felt a twinge of uncomfortableness, but it passed when I remembered that, well.....................doesn't matter.
Somedays my heart feels like a cold lump of coal. I love those days!!!!!!!!

Many women are not the type to get excited over someone else's kid, especially if they don't really like the person to begin with....a child is not going to get two people get along, regardless of what relationship they share. My mom was never big on other people's kids. She said she had enough kids of her own and simply didn't get excited over others'. Then when we were all grown up, her excuse were that she has grand-kids but we all knew that she just didn't care for them because they were not "hers". Xander that little shit, was a rare exception. They bonded at the BBQ this past summer and Erica, although your biggest surprise was that Xander liked my mom....my biggest surprise was that my mom liked Xander! :)
Really?! I knew I loved your Mom for a reason:)
